A member of the Biden family who eschews the catbird seat, Cuffe Owens is making his first big headings for his surprise Monday espousal to Real Housewives alum MeghanO'Toole King.
And while the by-blow of Joe Biden and Jill Biden married a celebrity, Cuffe has largely remained outside of the public eye until his recent relationship with the former reality star, podcast host and blogger.
